What should I do if I still don’t have my payment or I don’t use Direct Debit?

If your payment has not been received, or if you don’t pay by direct debit, you will need to apply for the Council Tax £150 Energy Rebate Scheme online.

If you cannot fill out the online application form, get in touch with the Digital City team who will be able to support you through a face-to-face meeting or telephone call.
