The Keeping Digital Foundation are proud to have two hubs in the city of York, at the heart of the communities we serve. Some of our hubs are by appointment only and are not open to the public - for support, please get in touch with our team via email, our telephone line, or by visiting a local service near you.
Monks Cross, York
Our new hub is located at Monks Cross, just behind Monks Cross Shopping Park. Our Monks Cross hub is home to multiple services run by the Keeping Digital Foundation. We run digital workshops at this location, and local residents can also collect Databank SIM cards from the hub. There is also a lounge space to have a friendly discussion with a volunteer about getting online.
If you wish to send any letters or post to the Keeping Digital Foundation, we ask that you use this hub address. It's also our donation drop-off location. If you have any computers, laptops, or Raspberry Pis that you'd like to donate to a local charity, let us know and we can arrange a time for you to drop-off your devices.

Spark York
Spark York C.I.C emerged as a community-driven initiative and idea, born out of a collective desire to revitalise an underutilised space in the city, back in 2016. You can find it slap bang in the middle of the historic York City Centre, and is home to our City Centre team who work from this space.
This hub is not open to the public and is by appointment only.
