The Keeping Digital Foundation are proud to have two offices in the city of York, at the heart of the communities we serve. Some of our offices are by appointment only and are not open to the public - for support, please get in touch with our team via email, our telephone line, or by visiting a local service near you.
Monks Cross, York
Our new hub is located at Monks Cross, just behind Monks Cross Shopping Park. Our Monks Cross hub is home to multiple services run by the Keeping Digital Foundation. We run digital workshops frequently at this location, and local residents can also collect Databank SIM cards from the hub. There is also a lounge space to have a friendly discussion with a volunteer about getting online.
It's also our donation drop-off location. If you have any computers, laptops, or Raspberry Pis that you'd like to donate to a local charity, let us know and we can arrange a time for you to drop-off your devices.

Bootham, York
Our registered office is located at Bootham, a minutes walk from the historic York City Centre! Set inside a beautiful 19th century property with stunning spiral staircase, the Bootham office is home to a wide range of amazing businesses and organisations. Plus, there is a large garden at the back of the building, with outside seating!
If you wish to send any letters or post to the Keeping Digital Foundation, we ask that you use this office address.
